In a rut
October 26, 2006 – 9:08 amThere are things that I want to do (cooking and crafting). Things that I want to say (on here and my other 3 blogs). Things that I want to take pictures of. But I’m in a rut. I’m feeling so boring lately. I’ve gotta bake some cupcakes by tomorrow evening so that they can sell them at the Halloween carnival at J’s school tomorrow. I suppose I should do them today/ tonight but I don’t have the motivation to do so. But why does buying something sound more appealing?

tell me about it, sistah! I so understand. im one of those moms who ALWAYS just buys the stuff. im so lacking the time and motivation, it’s nuts. You should make those cool cupcakes you made last year!!
dina: I had to totally think what cupcakes I made last year… and actually I made dirt cups. The year I made the batcakes was when J was in kindergarten. I actually got the cupcakes done and frosted in less than an hour *pops collar* and all after homework and dinner and dishes. Unfortunately I have to make more cupcakes for the karate party on Saturday. J is also having a class party on Tuesday (actual day of Hallowen) and I decided to make it easier on myself and J is just bringing in a bag of chips that we already have in the house. Ahahaha… talk about easy. No muss, no fuss.
