Hello Kitty makes her debut????

The keiki and I went and hung out at the mall today, had dinner, and walked around. Went by Macy’s and saw a poster for the annual Thanks.giv.ing day Par.ade.

Dude I remember waking up to the wonderful smells of my parents’ cooking and plopping in front of the telly to watch the parade. Oohing and ahhing over the cool balloons and floats and envying those people standing there in the cold and sometimes rain . My kids have no interest in it whatsoever.

The poster at Macy’s has HELLO KITTY on it! Does that mean she’ll be making her debut as a balloon this year? No seriously? Is she? I went and looked on the official parade site and there’s no mention of WHO will be there! If so… man she’s come a loooooooong way and I would love to see her float the streets and skies of NYC!!!
