1 week and 1 day later…

I still can’t believe she’s here! Thankfully everything is going well. If anything she is thriving and sucking the life out of me. Literally. As of late I can’t keep up with her voracious appetite, when she’s actually awake. I was given some formula in the hospital to supplement her until my milk came in. My milk came in, but I’m still going to finish off the free samples… b/c we all know that ish ain’t cheap. Too bad it wreaks havoc on her innards and makes her poop super stAnk . I was having to wake her every 2 hours to feed her, but not last night. She was up even before the alarm could set in… so she’s oinking up! YAY !!!

Yesterday I hung out with my mom and the 2 big kids. They’re doing well. I’m really, really missing the lilmiss. It’s so nice for her to be so doting and loving to her sister. It actually surprises me. She gets a little too gigil sometimes though so we can’t leave them in the same room alone. Lilmiss is constantly poking and prodding her, thankfully babyM isn’t bothered by it much. Lilman is lilman. He goes with the flow which is nice. He pesters lilmiss though which makes it NOT pleasant for everyone else. He thinks its funny, it just irritates me all the more. He’s back home fulltime next week *rolls eyes* and despite us telling him our expectations of him, those ALWAYS seem to go out the window with him. *sigh*

Homebound again as it’s raining and my mom would scold me if I stepped out the house with babyM in this yucky weather. But I’ve got things to do here at home, while I lay here. I’ve done half of my thank you cards and I’ve gotta go through some of the photos and possibly come up with some kind of birth announcement. I have some ideas it’s just a matter of getting the right photos.

Last night I finally finished watching Phoenix, and I ♥ed it!!! Not how I wanted it to end, but it had a good ending nonetheless. I always find someone who’s hot in these damned dramas too. Today I start Please Dance the Last Dance with Me, thanks to Mama Toots. LoL…. I think I got her into them too. I got a recent email from J’s 1st grade teacher, who happens to be Korean, and she’s really into them too. Unfortunately the DVDs she has don’t have English subtitles… but at least now I know where to go for suggestions. Heh.

Time to wake babyM for a feeding and then start this next series. Happy Thursday peoples!
